Meet our Partners
Dr. Gerhard Florschutz, PhD FCMI
Prior to launching Bevan Franklin, Gerhard owned and managed an award-winning neurological and complex care organisation with sites across the South Coast. He led a multidisciplinary team of over 220 people, developed a longstanding positive relationship with commissioners and the Care Quality Commission and went on to oversee the acquisition of another care group, doubling turnover and tripling capacity.
Gerhard spent much of his early career working in financial markets in Canada and the UK before settling in East Sussex with his family.
Over the last 40 years, he has contributed to a number of reputable journals in the field of neurological rehabilitation and complex care, publishing numerous articles and contributing to research. In addition, he was instrumental in developing a revised version of the Wessex Head Injury Matrix.
Gerhard holds a PhD and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Jack Wise, MSc MIHSCM
Jack has 10 years' of health and social care experience spanning mental health, community and acute NHS sectors as well corporate services in the independent sector. He specialises in quality, service improvement and transformation with a particular focus on corporate services having led business development, communications and human resources for an award-winning independent hospital group.
He most recently managed Gastroenterology and Hepatology services for one of England’s largest NHS Trusts, whilst also leading outpatient transformation programmes for the Trust’s independent medical specialties.
Jack holds an MSc from Canterbury Christ Church University, is a Full Member of the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, a member of the Q Community and sits on the NHS South East London People Board, supporting workforce planning and wellbeing across the region.
