We operate a simple yet robust recruitment process

These are the different stages of our application and interview process. Throughout the process you will have opportunities to meet members of our team, to ask questions and find out more about the work we do.

  1. Getting started: Search
    Use our search widget to find roles by type and location. If you find a role you like the sound of, you should submit your CV together with a covering letter.
  2. CV and cover letter
    Please submit your CV and cover letter via e-mail. Please ensure your CV includes:
    - Recent employment history
    - Details of your academic history including details of any higher-level education
    - A list of your A-levels and GCSE scores
    - A list of any academic, professional or personal awards
    - Details of two referees (please indicate whether these are professional, academic or personal)
    Cover letter
    The cover letter is your opportunity to show us who you really are. Feel free to bring your cover letter to life, include quotes you like or anecdotes from your education of working life. We are a small and friendly business interested in you as a person. Be sure to cover the following points:
    - Why you would like to work in consulting
    - Why you would like to work in health and care
    - Why you would like to work for Bevan Franklin
    - What you would bring to our team and anything else you think we may be interested in (max 1,500 words).
  3. Interview
    The interview provides us with the opportunity to assess your knowledge and understanding of our business, your willingness to learn and develop, and your overall ability to contribute to the growth of the organisation and our clients' often complex projects. This is also your opportunity to gauge whether we are the company for you - the interview is always treated as a two-way process. If you have been unsuccessful in your interview, we aim to provide feedback within five working days.
  4. Conditional offer
    A member of the people team will be in contact by phone or email to let you know the outcome of the interview.

All of our employment offers are conditional upon receiving satisfactory references, evidence of qualifications and evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK.
